Question #28: How can I get my wife to be more adventurous?

The result is this blog series: Christian Sex: Frank Answers to Honest Questions. Answer: There might be valid fears for the woman from her past that she needs to work through. Be loving. Be confident. Be a servant-lover. A jerk or a wuss will never succeed with a lady. Lastly, be patient so that her trust in you can grow over time. Sociologists tell us that it takes at least nine years for the average couple to be unselfish and consider the needs of their spouse. So, be a patient but manly man. Be willing to express desires but not demand them. If there is disagreement, pray that God would lead you both toward freedom and away from ungodly fears.
