This year is one of the rare times when Christmas lands on a Sunday. I hope you’re having a great holiday with family and friends. We'll have services as usual tomorrow, and everyone's welcome to join.
We’re also counting down the days until January 15. Much of the funds we’re raising this month will help us plant four churches in three states for two reasons (we love God and we love people) on one day. But there are a couple of other projects that your giving will help fund in the New Year.
As a thank you—and because it’s Christmas—we’ve got a free gift for you from one of these projects: Mars Hill Music.
This
three-song sampler features:
- Kings Kaleidoscope – "All Creatures of Our God and King" (an exclusive track from their new release coming in January)
- Ghost Ship – "One God" (from A River With No End EP)
- Kenosis – "How Deep the Father's Love" (from Depth of Mercy EP)
What is "Mars Hill Music"?
As part of a broad vision to expand Mars Hill Music, we're building out our recording capabilities in order to distribute the great work of our talented musicians and equip other churches with gospel-centered music resources.
Jonathan Dunn, the former director of A&R for Tooth & Nail and Solid State Records, is leading these efforts. Our goal with this project is that you would hear a few of our 30-some bands on the radio, see them on tour, and hear their songs in churches around the world. If you’re excited about Mars Hill Music, you can help out by
giving to Mars Hill Church.
Merry Christmas!
