In this video, Pastor Mark digs into Brian’s background and about how, at 16, Brian started leading worship for his youth group and all of a sudden had to figure out, “What’s this worship thing all about??” But years later, soon after he started leading worship at Mars Hill, he found out that he’d been plowing through it all for so long that he needed to take a step back and take a big look at where his heart and his worship were.
