Jesus is doing something special in the younger generation of Mars Hill Church.
Last night, close to 900 students and leaders gathered for a huge night of gospel proclamation and celebration to launch them into the new school year! We have been challenging our young people to go all in on mission with Jesus, and our students responded by bringing hundreds of new people who got to hear about Christ in a clear and compelling way.
One young lady came up to me at the end of the night with a new Bible in her hands, a smile on her face, and exclaimed, “I met Jesus tonight! He saved me!” She was one of more than 30 people who surrendered to Christ last night, and one of hundreds who would tell a similar story of God’s saving work in their life this year!

The event also featured bouncy houses in the parking lot, music from Citizens, and Dustin Kensrue recording a live music video. Music, an iPad, and Seahawks tickets were all part of the free giveaways.
If you are a student in 6th–12th grade (or the parent of one!), we’d love for you to join the movement. All our student ministry locations meet every Wednesday from 6:30–9 p.m., with the exception of Bellevue who begins meeting on Tuesday nights this week.
