Men wanted for an intense year of training to lead a Mars Hill Church
Do you have experience leading and developing leaders? Our Lead Pastor Residency Program gives you the necessary knowledge and skills to be a lead pastor at a Mars Hill church. The residency is designed for men who have a track record in leading and feel called to the mission to plant more Mars Hill churches. If you feel like this is you, we would love for you to apply.
This program involves six to eight months of training in Seattle, followed by three to four months of training at the new church plant. This is a paid position, focused on training and preparing men to lead a Mars Hill church within one year. If you have led others and would like to be trained in how to lead a Mars Hill church, then you are just the man we are looking for.

Do you have experience stewarding resources? The Executive Pastor Residency equips you to lead in the role of executive pastor at a Mars Hill church. It exists to send out called and competent men who can faithfully implement the vision of the lead pastor and have the ability to spearhead the day-to-day operations of the church. If you feel like this is you, we would love for you to apply.
This program includes two to three years in the Seattle area serving in a paid role. During this time, each resident, will move through our Eldership process. The candidate is then matched with a Lead Pastor Resident and both will be sent to plant a Mars Hill Church. If you have stewarded resources well and would like to develop as a pastor at Mars Hill church, then this residency is for you.
