Pastor Scott is the lead pastor of Mars Hill Ballard. He worked in the corporate world for 19 years before transitioning into full-time ministry, first with a large church in Phoenix and then with Mars Hill. He’s been married to his wife, Stefanie, for over 25 years and together they have three daughters. He’s a big fan of Arizona State Football.
