Easter is the most exciting day of the year for us at Mars Hill Church. Not only is it the day that Jesus rose, defeating Satan, sin, and death, but it’s also a day when we see a ton of baptisms! Baptism is a public declaration that we believe in faith that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, rose three days later, and now is alive and Lord over all of creation.
Each baptism represents a person who has been changed by Jesus—and we celebrate that! Here are just a few of the baptisms we had at Mars Hill churches this past Easter Sunday.
