Pastor Joel has been at Mars Hill since 1998 and has been on staff since 2000. He’s led worship and worked in production for many years, leading one of Mars Hill’s most popular bands, Red Letter. He now oversees Biblical Living at Mars Hill Tacoma. He’s married to Emily and together they have one son and two daughters. He loves being with his wife and kids, seeing live music, and tasty food and beverages.
