Lord, we thank you that you gave your Spirit to empower us as your witnesses. Help us to remember that we do not operate in our own strength, but in yours.
We pray that your word would go forth through us to the people in our local communities and to the ends of the earth. Send us where you want us, whether next door or across the globe. Please establish the churches being planted/replanted on January 12th and grow them so that many would come to know you and legacies would be changed for your glory. Give these churches favor with their communities, and make them aware of the needs around them. Make your people instruments to make your name known all throughout their cities. Let us be a part of your work of changing lives and legacies, completely transforming entire regions of the world.
God, we praise you for your wisdom, for your grace, and for your work. You do amazing things. Remind me to pray for my church, and to keep praying. Stir in me and the people of my church the desire to introduce those around us to you. Lord, please empower me to be a witness in my own Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth!
