Lord, we pray that you would open for us a door for the word so that we may declare the mystery of Christ locally and to the ends of the earth. We pray that the translation of Doctrine into Amharic would be completed and ready to distribute. Thank you that last year, 14 churches were planted and 890 people were saved in Ethiopia. We pray that twice as many people would be reached in 2014. Use me to spread your word in my local community as well.
Father, we know that you accomplish everything you choose to. Thank you for using us, your people, to do your work. Help us to understand that we get to partake in your joy! Help me to take every opportunity you offer to be a part of what you are doing. Take away my fears, teach me to listen to, trust, and rely on you. You are not limited by geography, language, or culture. You give people wisdom and ability with languages, so that the people of the world may have a Bible in their own tongue. Thank you for your word. Please saturate me with it, and continue to spark in your people the desire to translate it into every language on the earth.
