“All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:18–20

Lord, we pray for your ambassador of reconciliation, Pastor Arjuna Chiguluri, as he leads Vision Nationals, a church-planting network in India. Work mightily through him to challenge, encourage, and equip the pastors so that your name would be made great through their local churches. Please reveal to me the full depth of my new identity in you as an ambassador of reconciliation that I, too, would be a vessel through which your gospel will be announced.
Thank you, Lord, for the churches you have planted and for the workers you have called. Provide the funds needed to continue building churches and favor with local leaders so that construction would not be stopped by paperwork. I also ask that you would raise up new, trustworthy, capable leaders to head up the work in Odisha. Thank you for providing a way into the state of Odisha, despite it being unfriendly to Christianity. You are sovereign, Almighty God. Help us to trust in you as church planting moves forward.
Bring the workers, Lord, and stir the hearts of those you have called. Train them, guide them, protect them, and let all of us, your people, find our greatest joy in you as we spread that joy across our own regions.
Amen.
